1. Scope of Services
CCM Code provides technical diagnostics and engineering consultancy. Our "Risk Exposure Assessments" are point-in-time audits based on provided documentation and code samples.
2. No Guarantee of Performance
While we provide expert recommendations to mitigate risk, CCM Code does not guarantee that implementation of these recommendations will eliminate all production errors or system vulnerabilities.
3. Intellectual Property
All diagnostic reports provided to the client become the property of the client. CCM Code retains ownership of the methodologies and internal tools used to generate such reports.
4. Liability
In no event shall CCM Code be liable for any production downtime or loss of data resulting from the implementation of audit recommendations by the client's internal team.
